Guests select 1 entree; dietary meals will always be accommodated. Orders must be submitted 30-days prior to the event.

Day of Service: Client to prepare and place name cards at each guest's seat, including entree of choice to facilitate dinner service. Cards must contain a visual indicator of some kind for the entree selection; this can be done with a symbol on the card, or the color of the card. Allergies need to be noted on the cards (ex; Star = GF)

First Course

Plated Menu 4

You select 1 salad and 1 soup for ALL guests. Guests select 1 entree; dietary meals will always be accommodated. Orders must be submitted 30 days prior to the event. If you would like to offer your guests a choice for the first and second course, there is an additional fee of $5 per person, per offered course for the choice.

Day of Service: Client to prepare and place name cards at each guest's seat, including entree choice to favilitate dinner service. Cards must contain an indicator of some kind for the entree selection; this can be done with either a symbol on the card or the colour of the card. Allergies need to be noted on the cards (ex Star = GF). If you are offering the choice of courses, indicators for each course need to be added to the card.
