Alcohol Service
The Black Walnut Catering Co is a fully licensed caterer. Allow us to provide you Bar Service for all your celebrations and special events. All our drink service staff are Serving It Right Certified. 

Alcohol Program BWC offers a wide range of internationally and locally crafted beer, wine and spirits, Let’s discuss your tastes! And we will come up with the best products to fit your budget. We can create a custom Cocktail menu for you. *Custom Cocktails will be priced accordingly at time of booking. 

Services we offer 

Host Bar (Often called an Open Bar)
This is where you, the host of the party, purchase all drinks for guests. Our event coordinators will provide you with an estimate of costs based on your event parameters. Final billing is charged on consumption counts at the end of the event. 

Limited Host Bar
When you, the host, provides a specified number of complimentary beverages by way of drink tickets or dollar value limit and all other drinks are purchased by your guests at the bar for current pricing. 

The Cash Bar
Where your guests purchase their own drinks. 

Drink prices will include applicable taxes. 

Providing Your Own Alcohol
You are also more than welcome to provide all alcohol for your own bar. Please note - if you do provide your own alcohol, you also must provide your own liquor licence. We cannot serve alcohol unless there is a valid liquor licence posted on site. A Bar Service fee would be applied for this option. 

Bar menu prices are subject to tax (10% Liquor PST + 5% GST) and Bartender Service fee.
