Can you deliver anywhere in the Lower Mainland & Fraser Valley?

Absolutely, we can accommodate caterings in most places throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. We have done events as far as Whistler, Richmond, and Abbotsford.

 

How much will my catering cost?

Typically lunch buffets range between $25-30 per person, and dinner buffets range around $30-45$ per person. However, depending on the requests, rentals and staffing the costs can increase or decrease. Contact us for specifics.

 

Is there a charge for staff?

Yes, we do charge for staffing, contact us for a breakdown in price for staffing.

 

 

Is there a charge for rentals?

Yes, there are added fees for rentals, which will be shown on your quote. Contact us for more information.

What style of cuisine do you offer?

We offer all sorts of cuisines for our caterings. We have done everything from a Brazilian BBQ Wedding featuring Charcoal Grilled Picanha Beef all the way to Corporate Luncheons with Butter Chicken, Chana Masala and Biriyanis. If there is something you like, we can be sure to fit it into one of our menus, or work with you to craft the menu.

 

 

What style of catering services do you offer?

We offer buffet services, plated services, drop off events, weddings, private caterings, private restaurant bookings, canapes, platters, family style caterings and even pop up kitchens.

 

 

How far in advance should I book my catering?

Earlier the better. For small events less than 25 people, typically 2 weeks is more than enough time. For larger events like weddings, we want you to secure your date by booking at least 6 months to a year out. Remember too that holidays book quickly, so planning a Christmas party 4 months early is a really good idea.

If you are booking with less than two weeks notice, an emergency fee of $100 will be added to your booking.

If you are booking with less than one weeks notice, an emergency fee of $200 will be added to your booking.

The availability of our products from our local suppliers on short notice requires extra time to secure, however we are happy with the quality that you are going to receive.

 

 

 

Can we request special dietary menus?

Absolutely, we will always do our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions.

 

Do you offer a full vegan menu?

Yes, we can custom make a full vegan menu for your event.

 

 

Can we deviate from the menus given?

Of course, we are always willing to craft a perfect menu for your event. We do have an additional cost for custom menus, which will be reflected on your invoice.

 

What size of event can you accommodate?

We have done private dinner parties for 2 people and catered weddings for over 150 guests. We can work with you and your budget to make sure every event gets catered.

 

 

Can we have Neapolitan pizza catering?

Is the catering deposit refundable?

The 50% catering deposit is non-refundable to secure your date. We will evaluate all requests for a refund at our own discretion.
